Being a mum of 3 coming from a corporate background I understand the barriers to training experienced by many. still achieving PB’s as a mum in my 40’s I’m keen to do away with the premise that fitness and wellbeing should take a back seat in a busy life. I have a passion for promoting body positivity and using exercise to strengthen the body and mind. I offer structured but fun sessions where you should expect to surpass your expectations and leave with a smile.
