The Role
You’ll be in the thick of it, providing coaching on and off the gym floor to our members in a friendly, inspiring and caring way!
As a Coach at FITISM you are responsible for building strong, honest, long term professional relationships with our members on and off the gym floor.
On the gym floor you will utilise your skills as a coach to deliver sessions that are engaging, inclusive and scaled to all abilities.
Off the gym floor you will be coaching up to 25 members per week. You will use your knowledge to help our members set goals and hold them accountable to the actions needed to progress.
The objective of your coaching is to make regular exercise and good nutrition part of our members life.
The Responsibilities
To deliver BUILD (small group strength and conditioning sessions) and BURN (larger group aerobic conditioning sessions) in line with FITISM's standards.
To provide engaging, friendly and inclusive experiences to our members during every session.
To provide coaching off the gym floor to help members stay accountable to their goals by following our weekly POC Coaching System
To maintain a safe, clean and tidy environment for our members to train in by following our weekly Team Cleans, Opening and Closing procedures.
Uphold the highest standard of personal presentation and wear your FITISM uniform at all times.
To active support the FITISM Marketing Team each week with content creation.
To support the FITISM Sales Team by carrying out gym tours outside of your rota'd sessions.
To organise, deliver and support in-house events specifically ALPHA, GAMES, Community Workouts (we aim to deliver 1 in-house event every 3 months).
To attend and contribute to quarterly Roundtables (programme design sessions) and Team Training (skill development to help move you and the company forwards).
To attend, engage and contribute to weekly Team Meetings and an AGM.

The Requirements
Level 3 qualified personal trainer.
Good energy, motivator and enthusiastic.
Character traits in line with the FITISM Values (see above).
A team player! Actively help and support others (team and members).
Passionate about health, fitness and helping others.
