We are looking for a world class Head Coach to lead one of our FITISM sites - someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, loves people, takes full ownership, and elevates standards every day.

What This Role Is All About

Own the Gym Floor
‍The FITISM Head Coach leads the product, coaching team and culture within their gym. You’ll set the coaching standard, develop a brilliant team, build strong relationships with members and create an exceptional gym environment.This is a genuine leadership role. You’ll have the authority to shape your coaching team, manage performance and make decisions - supported by Central Operations so you can focus your time where it matters most: people, coaching and the member experience.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Coaching & Standards (26–34 hours weekly)
Deliver exceptional BUILD and BURN sessions
Set the coaching standard for your team
Drive an exceptional member experience
Ensure gym and coaching standards are consistently maintained

2. Lead & Develop the Coaching Team
Line manage and develop your Coaches
Hold regular 1:1s, feedback and development conversations
Handle difficult conversations and manage performance
Shape the rota and ensure the right coaching team is in place
Lead recruitment decisions and support Coach on-boarding
Act as the link between Coaches and HR Support when required
Lead and contribute to FITISM CPD

3. Programming & Gym Standards
Write exceptional BUILD/BURN programming within the FITISM programming framework
Publish programming clearly and professionally to the app and gym screens
Maintain exceptional coaching, member experience and gym standards
Ensure opening, closing, cleaning and gym standards are consistently delivered by the team
Identify equipment or maintenance issues and flag them to Central Operations for resolution

4. 6 Week Programme & Member Experience
Coordinate each 6 Week Programme from launch through to membership conversion
Ensure every participant receives exceptional coaching and support
Build genuine relationships with members and handle feedback professionally
Identify and personally re engage members at risk of leaving
Create an exceptional in gym and out of gym member experience

5. Culture, Community & FITISM Voice
Build a strong culture across both members and the coaching team
Organise and lead member and team socials and events
Build relationships and partnerships within the local community
Be an expert face of FITISM by providing coaching knowledge and personality for marketing-led content
Support the creation of engaging educational and behind-the-scenes content

6. Gym Performance
Understand your gym's performance and take ownership of the areas you can influence.
You’ll have visibility of key measures including:
- Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Member retention / churn
- 6 Week Programme conversion
- Profit performance
You’ll work with Company Leadership and Central Operations to understand performance, identify opportunities and improve the areas within your control.

Compensation & Benefits

£34k guaranteed base salary
£40k+ total earning potential
(made up of base salary, commissions and 7.5% site profit share)
