We are looking for a world-class Head Coach to lead one of our FITISM sites - someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, loves people, takes full ownership, and elevates standards every day.

What This Role Is All About

Be the Leader and Owner of the FITISM Member Experience
‍The FITISM Head Coach is the heartbeat of the gym - driving energy, leading the coaching team, elevating the member experience, and ensuring the site performs at a high level every single day. You operate with the mindset of an owner, taking full responsibility for standards, team culture, performance and financial success. You anticipate issues, strengthen systems and solve challenges so that only genuinely strategic decisions need senior involvement.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Coaching Delivery (26-34 hours weekly)
- Deliver exceptional BUILD and/or BURN sessions that meet the highest level of FITISM’s coaching standard.
- Lead the room with energy, clarity and personality.
- Be the coaching role model the team looks up to.

2. Lead, Develop and Manage the Coaching Team
‍You will:
- Recruit, onboard and develop outstanding coaches
- Run weekly team meetings
- Lead and contribute to FITISM-wide CPD
- Uphold FITISM delivery, culture and behavioural standards
- Support, develop or exit coaches who are not the right fit

‍3. Own Gym Standards & Operational Excellence
‍Ensure:
- BUILD/BURN programmes follow FITISM's programming framework
- Session design is clearly and professionally presented (TV + app)
- Gym environment is consistently clean, fresh and professional
- Equipment is maintained and repaired quickly when required
- Opening and closing procedures are followed by your team

‍4. Member Experience & Community Leadership
‍- Be the driving force of community, connection and culture.
- Build real relationships with members, handle feedback professionally.
- Ensure the in-gym and out-of-gym experience meets the FITISM standard.
- Organising and leading quarterly social events for your members and team they feel part of a bigger community.

5. Marketing, Visibility & Sales
‍- Support FITISM’s social content by engaging and amplifying brand posts
- Create your own consistent, engaging content (daily diaries, education, behind-the-scenes)
- Manage all new enquiries (FEO, trailers, walk-ins, referrals)
- Re-engage lapsed members with the aim of converting them back into memberships
- Deliver exceptional inductions for new and returning members

6. Financial & KPI Accountability
‍You will lead monthly performance meetings with senior leadership and take ownership of the KPIs that drive site profitability:
- Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Retention (churn)
- Costs
- Profit performance

Compensation & Benefits

£40k+ total expected earnings
(includes £34k base salary, OTE and 7.5% site profit share)
