Most people think getting fit means training alone, feeling intimidated in a gym, or following a program that wasn’t built for them. At FITISM, we do things differently.
Our small group personal training sessions combine expert coaching, structured programming and a supportive environment that helps you build strength, improve fitness and stay consistent.
The best way to understand it?
Experience it for yourself - Schedule a Free Session
Your first visit isn’t a random workout or a high-pressure sales pitch. It’s designed to help you see exactly how FITISM works and whether it’s the right fit for you.
During your free session you’ll:
✔ Meet your coach and get welcomed into the gym
✔ Experience a structured small group training session
✔ Learn how our coaching helps you train safely and effectively
✔ Get a feel for the supportive FITISM community
By the end, you’ll know whether this is the kind of training you want to be part of.
When you go to schedule your complementary session you will be presented with two workout types; BUILD or BURN
Here's what you can expect from each workout.
Strength focused, coach led small group personal training for a stronger body that performs as good as it looks.
BUILD sessions centre on controlled resistance work designed to increase muscle, improve definition, and enhance everyday strength. You’ll follow structured progressions, receive expert coaching throughout, and train with purpose. So you don’t just work hard, you get measurably stronger over time.
Aerobic training designed to build a powerful, resilient engine.
BURN sessions develop your cardiovascular fitness across the full spectrum - from steady, low intensity efforts that strengthen your aerobic base to higher intensity intervals that improve tolerance, stamina, and VO₂ max. Each workout is carefully structured to enhance endurance, increase energy levels, and support long term health and performance, not just short term fatigue.
