A weekly running coaching programme specific to your current running fitness levels and your 13 week goal will be delivered to you on a weekly basis via text. Your coaching begins the moment you enter your details into one of the forms below and press the gold 'start' button. So with that said make sure you enter your details into the relevant form the day before you want your coaching to begin. Once submitted you will not be able to switch the coaching off. You will receive 13 text messages in total each containing your specific running programme for the week (7 days) ahead.
